My device won't connect to the Wi-Fi. What should I do?

Most smart pet devices require a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. If your router uses "Smart Switching" (combined 2.4/5GHz), you may need to temporarily split the bands in your router settings to complete the initial setup.

Is the feeding bowl dishwasher safe?

Yes. The stainless steel bowl is fully removable and dishwasher safe. The main unit should only be wiped down with a clean, damp cloth.

What happens if there is a power cut?

Both our Camera and Non-Camera units feature a battery backup system. Insert 3 x D-cell batteries (not included) so your pet’s feeding schedule continues even if the power goes out.

Air Care & Grooming FAQs

How often should I replace the Air Purifier filter?

To maintain optimal air quality and dander removal, we recommend replacing the HEPA filter every 3 to 6 months, depending on the number of pets in your home.

Is the Grooming Machine loud? My dog is nervous.

We have engineered our grooming machine for whisper-quiet operation (under 60dB). We recommend starting on the lowest setting and using treats to help your pet associate the device with a positive experience.
